Initial intake assessment & consultation
To better understand your needs, goals, and presenting concerns, the initial intake consultation will include assessment and completion of required forms and documents to begin the therapeutic process (approximately 60-90 minutes)
Individual therapy
45-55 minute session*
In-person or online Telehealth (virtual) psychotherapy (may include sandtray, art therapy, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, coping skills, psychoeducation)
*$50 per additional 15 minute interval
EMDR therapy
50-60 minutes*
Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) addresses specific traumatic memories continuing to impact daily life and perception of safety and stability
*$75 per additional 25 minute interval

Missed appointments/late cancellation
No shows; consistent late arrivals; appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled session will result in a fee equal to the rate of the missed scheduled appointment
